Default JDM k20a questions

Hello, I recently bought a JDM imported K20A from a base model RSX with a RBC head, can anyone tell me, Will a base USDM rsx or even a Type S waire harness work with the engine and would i have to get a KPRO ecu, secondly, the engine came with and Electric Throttle body and ive had some people lead me to get a hold of a Accord throttle body but i wanted to get more insight if anyone has ever dealt with an engine like this and help me speed up the process of swapping in my K20 into my EM2, Any insight will be gladly taken and thank you all again.

Why would you try to use a DBW throttle body in a chassis that has a cable actuated throttle pedal ? A RSX engine harness isn't compatible with the DBW throttle body anyway. You are better off getting an adapter plate and a cable throttle body.

you probably didnt understand my post, i said the engine CAME with a electric TB and i want to swap to a DBW and i was asking if a regular TB from an Accord would work fine cause of the RBC head or if i needed one from an actual K20

I would highly recommend getting the full K Swap guide from Hybrid-Racing:
