Default 4th gen TL J37 Oxygen sensor disabled

Recently we bought 2013 TL type SHAWD W/ TECH PACK.
last weekend I installed RV6 j pipe long tube. I'm ordering the PCD this week. However I have read some cars get a CEL for oxygen sensor. Some people disable oxygen sensors via ktuner.
If you disable o2 sensors how would ecu detect AFR?
thank you

J37 has four o2 sensors. Two upstream (of the cats), one for each bank to monitor air fuel ratios. And two downstream (of the cats), one for each bank for monitoring the health and function of the primary cats. The tuners disable the downstream sensor so cat monitoring is also disabled. Seeing that these downstream sensors are actually upstream of the secondary cat there should be no codes set for removal of the cat in the J pipe.

Sounds like a fun car, you get the 6 speed manual? We have a ZDX in the fleet and would love to add a matching TL-SH. Kind of the last of the consoles full of buttons right before the garbage touchscreens took over the market. Also if you haven't already, go get a DVD audio disc.

The 6 speed auto is really pretty decent in this generation. Fast and eager to shift. I don't mind it in the 4,400lbs pig. Most automatics are annoying to me.

I agree. it is on the heavier side. this is my wife daily, with few mods.. Im a 4banger at life. nmo V6 for me lol but yes it does shift okay and pretty good to compare to 3rd gen. i still dont get when we disable O2 via Ktuner., how ecu reads them if they are disabled? or are we just disable them from giving CEL?

The software magic flips a bit that says don't check those sensors. With the sensors disabled the emissions readiness tests will never complete. So if you live in a place with emissions testing the vehicle will not pass.

I would try without Ktuner and see if you even get codes set for catalyst efficiency.

i need some assistance as far as some of parameters go. I have tried on Ktuner.com forum but no help .
Q1 under Disable/Monitors I have checked boxes for Oxygen sensors since I have RV6 PCDs, J-pipe. I also have EGR delete kit. if I click on EGR valve flow, and also disable monitors on the right for EGR system, does this disable my EGR? i can go ahead and install my EGR delete kit?
see pics below
Q2
Before I uploaded the tune. Ktuner was reading and showing different value readings on STFT & LTFT like -8 to +5. after i checked the box for O2 all it shows is LTFT at 0 and STFT at 100%. is this normal? also my AFR was moving around different values., now it is stuck on 14.7 . is this because I disabled O2s?
thank you in advance.
