O2 sensor

I have a D16y7 and a aftemarket header no cat, and im only running one O2 sensor. I have a check engine light, would I need to run that secondary O2 sensor?

If you have a stock ECU, yes you will need the second O2 sensor.

Have you tried an O2 simulator? It might work.
