Is it possible to overclock the oil
I sometimes get oil light flashing the next day i crank up never see it again for months
This started after my mechanic redone the heads on the car it had stuck valve I think he is honest maybe he got the setting off on oil pump

There's no oil pump 'setting' on these engines. They can be modified to build more pressure but that's not likely. If you're just occasionally getting the light a little on cranking/start then you don't have an issue, that's normal.
what weight oil do you use? It could just be low quality oil, too low of viscosity oil, or you're not changing the oil/filter nearly as often as you should. Or the bearings are wearing out, and the only way to solve that is a full engine rebuild or replacement.
You should be running 5w-30 oil in it, except in overly hot climates it's sometimes better to run 10w-30.
And an oil drip is not going to have any impact on oil pressure, unless your oil level is simply way too low and it occasionally sucks air.
Lastly, yes, if you take the pan off, check the pickup screen. Cleaning it won't change anything though. I say that because if there's anything actually clogging up the screen, the entire engine is almost guaranteed to be smoked.
