Default Walmart vacuum oil change??

So I had my oil changed at Walmart I didn't know till after but they use a vacuum to suck the oil out if I had known that I wouldn't have had them do it. Now my engine has a slit tock like the valves need adjusted or something. What should I do could it be walmarts fault? The car is a 04 civic ex and has 197,675 on it.

I've used an oil extractor on my brother's 02 and mom's 04 Civic and have not encountered any issues with ticking.

Did you check the valve lash?

It was over a quart to full . I was told the valves just needed adjusted. But yesterday someone slammed into it while it was parked in my driveway and now it can't be driven anyways. Bad week.

Blessing in disguise ? Those ninnys may have started the car with no oil in it or something , and even in court you may have lost . A quart full would maybe throw a bearing , I think . A ticking noise is not a good sign .
