Gauge cluster
Hey guys, I have 2000 Honda Civic ex EJ8 I have notice if I turn the car lights on the gauges turn off. no rpm reading mph, fuel, or temp, but the turn signal works and other lights work ( brake, engine, seat belt etc) Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this to happen? Any help will be appreciated..

Possibility it's a bad ground connection somewhere, could also be exposed wires touching something they shouldn't.
Need maor info.
First, does everything still work as intended after turning the lights off?
And you need to start your car, check battery voltage with lights off. Then flip them on and check again. Tell us what readings you get.
Double check all of your fuses, including under the hood. Honestly it's an "interesting" problem.
Hope you have luck with it.
