Default OE Oxygen sensor

What is the OE brand name for the Oxygen sensor for a 99 civic? I was told Denso and NGK. I'm gonna buy new ones and I want to get the OE brand. The ones in my car now are Bosch, or is Bosch the OE brand, I don't know. The mouth breathers at the auto parts stores have no idea. They said stick with Bosch because they are the best O2 sensors.

Default Re: OE Oxygen sensor

I am currently working on a 2006 Honda CRV EX AWD and have researched oxygen sensors on this and other forums for about four weeks. I have read Bosch sensors are sometimes not an exact match. Comparing the ohms value of a new Bosch sensor and a new Honda sensor will show a difference, enough to cause a DTC. The most frequent info is that Denso is the OEM part. The Denso website is easy to navigate and find your car's OEM sensor. The wiring colors may be different than an Honda sensor purchased from the dealership or internet, but not a problem as the connectors will provide the correct connections. This link is to their parts selection webpage. https://densoautoparts.com/find-my-part.aspx#. A less expensive option is to get sensor number from Denso and purchase from Amazon. Hope this helps.
