Default No start. Cold. First Time. Cranks. Runs Fine.

I have a 2011 Honda CRV. About 6 months ago I noticed it would not always start on the first try. The engine would crank but not start. It did always start on the 2nd try. And it ran fine. Lately, every once in a while it will not start on the 2nd try as well (Cranks). But does always start and still runs fine. So what ever is wrong? Seems to be slowly getting worse. It has 115,000 miles on it. I have changed the Plugs every 45,000 Miles and used Iridium spark plugs. I suspect a Fuel problem, so that is where I am starting unless anyone here has any suggestions.

Possibly the engine coolant temp sensor is failing. If the ECT is giving erroneous temp readings to the PCM the fuel mixture will be incorrect.
