Hi,
my civic started showing the check engine yesterday, and go over 3k rpm, obd says p1287, which i think has means control arm switch reading is too high\low (according mr google) , my mechanic which is not a Honda specialist said somthing about cleaning the vtec valves , my questions is can i clean them my self? anyone has a link to a workshop manual ? or any other idea or procedure will be welcomed
