Default 97 Honda Elite CH80 Oil leaking

I purchased the Elite CH80 about 2 years ago for $400. Like a fool I didn't pull the sides to check for leaks:-(
My use is not daily I ride my motorcycle mostly but for quick and easy local runs I use the scooter.
The motorcycle has been in the shop for a week getting maintained so used the scooter more regularly and noticed the oil is coming from the top down dripping all over 5-6 different drips spots on ground mostly on the left side.
I'm not 100% sure where it could be coming from. What I am hoping is someone with some experience with this model could maybe say hey this year and model commonly leaks from ____ fill in the blank. If possible.
Also wondering how many gaskets does this small engine have that may need replaced that could be leaking oil?
Really hoping it may not be gasket at all and something else and if it is one of the gaskets I figure I will probably just get them all replaced.
I really like this little scooter and want to keep it around long as possible. Forgot mileage it has almost 12,000 on it. Amazing it starts like a champ only have had to replace the battery and exhaust it fell off. But this oil leak is more serious.

Thanks for any input..

I have an 84 ch125 I got from someone and this series of scooters that I have found is very reliable and common, although mine was very poorly taken care of and had to replace the cylinder piston and rings. if it is dripping from the top you could either have to replace the cylinder head cover gasket (which should be a rubber O ring), the oil tube that goes from the oil pump to the head one of the crush washers could be missing. The last one that could be is my issue where the screw stripped on the cam chain tensioner and when running dumps all the oil out. Just look at the engine and see where the most buildup of dirt and oil is and that is where your issue is, if you still aren't sure send a couple of pics as to what is going on with the top end.
If you need parts Go to places like Partzilla, Babbit's online, or somewhere that you can get a parts list and get the part number and google it and you can find it for pretty cheap, got my piston-cylinder ring set on eBay for about $89.
