Having issue with manual sliding door latch on 2004 Odyssey. Please help!
Both of the doors on my 2004 Honda Odyssey are in need of replacement hinges, a problem with plenty of how-to Videos on YouTube. I’m having another issue tho that I haven’t been able to find any content on — both of my doors have trouble latching. There are videos geared towards latching issues with automatic sliding doors but none that I can find on manual doors. Since I don’t know all of the relevant lingo I recorded a short video detailing the problem and posted it on YouTube (link below). Wondering if anyone has had this issue before and can advise me on the steps I should take to fix it. I’m handy enough to feel confidant fixing the door’s sliding hinge but have no technical experience working with cars. Thanks so much!!
