Default ??? about removing head. Searched and have haynes

I need to take off my head to retap spark plug threads. I have fluids drained, exhaust and intake off.

Can I remove the timing sprocket without removing the engine mount?

I only need to remove the head to get to the spark plug threads.

Any help would be great.

the cam sprocket? no. You need to take off the timing belt covers to access the belt tensioner and loosen it up so you can slide the belt off easily.
