Been trying to diagnose a issue where the car looses all ignition and fueling on my turboed d16y8. Almost like hitting boost cut but never got any where near boost cut parameters of 25 psi. Wonder if anyone might have any ideas what to go for next.

No check engine light
voltage reading on hondata is between 14.1 to 14.3
oil pressure is around 25 to 30 idle and 85 to 90 near 6000 rpm
Checked all grounds and they were secure
wideband reads 10.2 to 10.5 at full throttle on e98 and fuel pressure is normal.
Changed spark plugs and wires already
checked vtec solenoid and it was actuating and screen was clear.
