Default FS: 1994 Integra LSvtec swap

This is a HONEST feeler post, not in a rush to sell. I just want to see what it's worth. I may get around to upgrading it more, (I just have a tsx and civic si money pits right now) but I will update this accordingly.
Located in Northern Virginia.

My uncle is the 2nd owner of this OBD1 1994 Integra LS 5MT with an engine (I thought it had vtec as stated in title but its still b18b1, with pr4-5 head) swap from a 1995 (head stamp proves this) car picked up from a jdm dealer that list all their engines as "50k".
There is ~180k miles on the chassis, JDM cluster shows a false 90k kilometers.
Car was barely driven since the swap. It has been repainted from the original red color and is heavily modified, not a stocky by any means.

The story of this car goes as follows.
The car had a VIPER remote start and alarm system in it. One day the car was in gear when the remote was pressed and it ran through and broke the garage door. This incident caused a good amount of body damage, the car sat until I got it fixed last year and removed the alarm system.

There is ZERO frame damage.
ZERO BODY RUST!!!!! garaged for many years.
NO LEAKS.

NO CLUNKS.
NO SHOT BEARINGS.
GOOD BELTS.
SHIFTS BEAUTIFULLY.
GOOD COMPRESSION.
GOOD CLUTCH.
CLEAN TITLE.
$4500 OBO Im keeping the car on here for a while before I relinquish it to the savages on facebook marketplace. Im a real honda enthusiast that cares about my vehicles and would rather see it sold to another.
No part outs, I know the parts are worth a lot by themselves but this car is too sentimental to junk lol.
Open to trades.

how can you tell?, that's what I was told. The valve cover is a random one that he tried to paint, but gave up on and installed.

Valve cover, intake manifold, no VTEC solenoid.

check the block stamp to the left of the exhaust manifold. It will probably say b18b

Car not for sale anymore at this point. I am rebuilding the entire drivetrain just because I want it refreshed. I guess this is now a build thread.
