Rear Screen Has power, I can see menus, but Cannot see DVD picture

Rear Screen Has power, I can see menus, but Cannot see DVD picture
Hey all!
My wife and I moved from a Honda fit to a 2015 Odyssey EX-L, and we couldn't be happier with our growing family!
We are having issues with the RES. I've seen issues about no power, or the screen being completely black, but that is not the problem. I pop in a dvd, can hear it, and can see that the rear screen has power. I can go to the menus and see the menus, hit play, pause, etc. But there is no DVD picture that comes through on the rear screen. It is probably worth noting that this car has a rebuilt title and was struck on the passengers side. The 2 doors were replaced.

I have a video I took on my phone if it would help to see what I'm talking about, but it's an MP4 so I may need to email it or something.
