Default F23a surging idle 1,000-1,800rpm

I’ve been trying to fix this car for a while now and I can’t figure out what it is. I’ve replaced all the vacuum lines and cleaned my intake manifold and Iacv. It idle up to 2,000rpm and when it warms up it starts surging. I have one cel P0135 bank one heater circuit I don’t know if that can be causing my problem. I would really appreciate some help with this.

coolant is full and properly bled?

verified vacuum leaks are fixed by blocking the throttle opening while idling? (I use a clean piece of scrap wood, but anything rigid and flat should work. engine should cut off if no vac leak)

no other codes or symptoms?

It's related to O2 sensor. Follow along with this to test what part is acting up.

I did bleed the coolant after taking the manifold and iacv off. I have not check if the vacuum leaks where fixed I will try that out maybe I missed one and I don’t have any other codes or symptoms.

no I’m really stump on this.. I checked to see if I have anymore vacuum leaks and I don’t.. I unplugged the iacv to see if it would help it did alittle instead of surging from 1,000 to 1,800 it went down to 1,100 it was little ups and downs. Any suggestions it could be?

Did you ever check the O2 as suggested? Is the error still there? If so it's still related to the O2.
