Default Power window issue

Ok so I just bought a 95 4 door civic recently. The power windows didn’t work when I got it and the kid I got it off of thought it was the drivers door switch. Well it is not the problem from what I can find. All 4 widows don’t work. I have checked the relay under the dash, all the fuses in the under dash fuse box, all the fuses in the under hood fuse box. All of the fuses are good. I also tested all the fuse locations in the under dash box I have power to all locations except the 4 window fuse locations. Could my under dash box be bad? At a lose need help pin pointing the problem

Wiring diagram and a multimeter is the best way to track down the problem. My guess is that water got inside the driver side door harness and damaged some of the contacts for the window wiring. I've seen it happen before, infact my power locks aren't working currently because of that. Try opening you door to reveal the driver's door harness, then pull the rubber boot off the connector and see if it's full of water. You can also detach the connector and check for corroded contacts or broken wires but you may have to remove the fender to make that easier.
