I have a 2000 civic ex with a d16y7 stock taillights but the fuse for my taillights keeps blowing I eventually found out they were spliced open and touching eachother so I taped them up and they were fine for a couple weeks recently got pulled over after they started blowing fuses again I've checked the relay flasher bulbs are fine visible wires are fine also my blinkers blink fast hazards are fine and eventually they blow a fuse with brand new bulbs
