Default Help! Mini me swap crank no start!!

1995 honda civic ex d15b7 block d16z6 head new z6 distributor p28 ecu. Getting spark and fuel and timing is spot on but not starting. Any ideas?

One thing when you put the timing belt back on were the timing marks on point on the compression stroke piston 1 TDC and not the exhaust stroke? What marks did you use on the head/ camshaft wheel for timing belt timing.

It was on the compression stroke and I used the up mark and the timing mark going to the pointer on the timing cover at about the 6 or 7 o'clock position
