B20z head conversion on 99 CR-V

I have a 1999 Honda CR-V with a bad head on the b29z motor. I have been seeing that with the b20b I can use the Integra b18b1 cylinder head I just want to know what I can use on mine.

They're all p75 heads, except for the rare p8r head that was on some b20b models.So you can use what you have.
