Mods for '02+ Civic Si?
wassap everybody. i was just wondering if their were any mods for the '02+ Civic Si and how the car respoded to them.
like are their i/h/e systems for the Si? and if so anybody have any comments on power gains?
any computer upgrades? if so what kinda gains?
lastly, why is the redline on the K20 in the Si so low? has anybody done a hybrid K20 with a Si K20 bottom and RSX-S K20 Head? like a "ls/vtec" kinda deal?
im interested in an Si cuz they have an awesome deal on them at my local dealer on the left over '02's at list for $15,900!!!! its good car, but it lacks severely in the engine department. thanks yall

yes there are mods out for the 02+ Si. The new k series engine responds well to mods. much better then b series and so on.
aem makes a cold air intake, i m not sure who makes headers yet? i know that dc makes them they are ok.
i think alot of companies make the exhaust. thermal, apexi nto sure on that though someone correct me if i am wrong.
Hondata makes a new ECu for the Si not sure of the gains
the redline on the Si is so low because people complained about high reving engine so they wanted to build an engine that had a powerband that was powerful throughout it. Trying to make the car have low end torque. Vtec engages at 2200 which is GAY.
below 2200 rpms it runs on 12 valves at 2200 it kicks it back up to 16.
