Hi my 96 honda Accord I think has a aftermarket car alarm on it,someone tried stealing it,they took the box,cut the wires,now it wont start,everything else under the hood was replaced, I know nothing about cars please can anyone help me? Disable it or Replace it? Thank you

 

You will need to have a knowledgeable person look into the wring. We can't see/don't know what is all cut or damaged.
