Heat range 8 should be fine for a NA "B" series with a 75 shot.

What throttle cable do you have now ? Do you have the original Edelbrock throttle cable bracket or are you using something else ? What brand throttle body are you using and for what application ? Is the throttle wheel removable so that it can be "clocked" at another position to get more/less pull ?

I would think a B16 or ITR cable should work

I've been through the throttle body issue. I emailed the TB manufacturer and no response. I contemplated making a new pedal arm until I came up with this idea. I figure most of the people running aftermarket throttle bodys don't have wide open throttle. I did a vid on the situation once I figured it out, today I actually made up another pulley with a cam profile that opens slower in the beginning of pedal travel. This helps with a 74mm TB, otherwise you barely touch the throttle and its like Im flooring it.
