I have honda accord 2003, ivtec dohc 2.4, manual transmission
I have recently installed a new engine.
But i have this problem : after driving 10 minutes, when the rpm hits more 2700 rpm, the engines cut off and stop fuel pumping.
i cleared the odb codes, but when this cut off happens, the code appears 2646

ECU: 11
Status: Confirmed
OBDII: Rocker arm actuator A, bank 1 - performance problem or actuator stuck off
Honda: VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit Low Voltage
The mechanical cleaned this vtec sensor but the problem still the same.
Plz. Help what could be the solution
