96 Honda accord
So I had 2 codes with my check engine light. P0401 and P0706. EGR valve and transmission range sensor. I have replaced both but car wouldn’t start with new transmission range sensor on. Put the old one back on and the car started. But is acting like it’s not getting gas (sluggish). I am so lost on what to do next please anyone whom has had this issue please tell what you did

The P0401 may be due to clogged EGR ports. See these links for EGR cleaning information:
