How to test power side view mirror controller?

How to test power side view mirror controller?
The mirrors on my 1993 EX don't move anymore. I don't hear an electric motor humming when I try to adjust them, so I suspect the the controller is the problem. The Chilton manual I have doesn't have any info, and what I've found searching is for newer models. What terminals should I test for continuity to each other?
