Manual gear transmission

I have Honda Civic 2002 have issue in gears. My car shift gears in off mode but can't shift gears in start mode. I tried cluch press hard but gear can't shift. The gear oil is okay need your help.

do you feel presure in the clutch pedal ? and if you clutch can you see that the clutch piston move on the transmission ?

It could be a lot of things, Throw out bearing, pressure plate, master cylinder, slave cylinder.
