My 1998 accord sputters from drivers side exhaust but not the passengers. It's a v6 with 175k miles, its started getting poor gas mileage I've had it ran for codes but nothing comes up.

 

I guess take it from the top, could be spark plugs, injectors, wiring on that side. If you don't want to spend money and want to eliminate some possibilities, swap the wires and plugs to the other side and see if the stumble moves to the other side. then you know it's one of the items you swapped. If there is no change, then you can narrow it down from there (like the injectors).

Can you run a scanner to take a look at the 02 readings and other things like timing to see if anything is askew?

It could also be leaking oil in the spark tubes, so if you see that when you remove a plug, get a valve cover replacement gasket set and replace those, because that will also cause a stumble.

Write back everythig you have tried to help further guess what could be the issue.
