I have restored a 4th GEN JDM prelude and one quetion I have is about the headlamp main beams. There are of course 4 lights on the car, 2 headlamps and 2 spots, when on dipped beam only the headlamps are lit on dipped beam, however whem main beam is selected the headlamps remain on dipped beam and the spots come on. Ive checked with the hedlamps and noticed that only the dipped beam side of the bulb is wired and not the main beam as would be the case on single light vehicles, my question is can the main beam side of the headlamp be wired to light the main beam along with the spots? obviously one would expect to wire though a relay etc but would the wiring take it etc ? just completed with full respray
