Default 2000 Honda Accord not starting after replacing Fuel Relay, Fuel Pump, Checked Fuse

Hello - i own a 2000 honda accord V6 and have 260K miles, i love my car but it wont start. I checked the fuse, i replaced the fuel relay, replaced the fuel pump and it wont start. See picture of lights below. the green light keeps blinking

I remember before it stopped i had the brake light come on, and i never checked or fixed it. Then all the error lights came up and it just wont start. Today the speedo and tachometer hand seem to be under the resting spot. Please help, thx

If the green light is blinking, I believe that means the immobilizer is stopping the car from starting.

If you are lucky, it could be a fuse, it's called the ACG fuse, look at the diagram to check the fuses:
https://fuse-box.info/honda/honda-ac...r's%20side.

If that's not it, I suspec the immobilizer is shot, this is really common. It would have to be replaced.

However, you can replace the immobilizer or consider an immobilizer bypass chip.
You can get the chip here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Immo-Emulat...QAAOSwqMxfaEan

You can also buy an immobilizer from the dealer, however I believe you will need to reprogram your keys to work with the new immobilizer.
It's going to look like this:
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/98-01-Honda-...8AAOSw9hpf~9vH
I think the above will work, but like I said you will still need to reprogram it.

Hopefully it's just a fuse.

Thank you Sir - i checked the fuse and fuse is OK. I also tried all 3 keys i have and it keeps blinking. I think i will buy the immobilizer from dealer. How difficult is it to install and also how difficult is is to reprogram the keys ? thank you

Have you tested the battery or try jump starting the car? A low battery will prevent the Immobilizer system from functioning properly.

I just checked the battery its reading 11.9Volts. battery is about 5 years old - do you think this low enough to cause it ? the battery allows me to crank the car all the time but it just does not start, thank you

To reprogram the immobilizer is using a tool. The one I like to use is called the CK-100+
You can read about it here:
https://www.key-programmer.com/ck100/

The cheapest place is usually EBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/CK100-plus-...QAAOSwWVxfNRxh

However I do see someone has a used one for sale:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Auto-Key-Pr...4AAOSwnBdgJENX

And there are others, but I have no idea how to use them and can't offer much. If you want to watch the videos on how to use it look here:

Really all you do is plug it into the ODB-II port, then reset all the keys, then bring each one into the key lock and turn it partway, then tell the programmer this is a good key and it is now paired.

Not really very hard with the right tools. And...you can also then sell off the tool when done, someone is always in need of one.
