Default Shaky situation

My 2002 Honda accord has the V6 automatic combo and when it is cold it doesn't want to shift, as in it will stay in first gear until you have it rev'ed up to about 4000 rpm. Then when it does shift the D4 light in the dash will start blinking. But once it warms up a little you have to shut it off and re-start it, after that the light stops blinking and it will shift. But it shutters and shakes when you shift into second, is there anything I can do to fix it or is she a gone goose?

You could see if the shift solenoids filters are filled with crud. Take them off, and clean them then see.

Also, check your trans fluid level, what is it at?

A shift solenoid could also be bad.
