Hello,. I have a 05 honda crv 2wd automatic, with some transmission problems. I've done pretty much everything I can to diagnose the issue with no luck. Questions is would a JDM transmission work in a crv that's built in the UK?

 

I found on one JDM site (New York) that they're selling Transmissions from Japanese models with K24 engines in front wheel drive and they say they fit so I would assume there's no reason why do all wheel drive transmission wouldn't work either. They would be able to confirm this for you

The good thing is the place that sells them is only about 30 minutes from the house. At least I can take a look before I buy

 

I cant think of a reason that they would be different . Check the electrical connections on the transmissions make sure they match
