I have a 99 Honda civic lx, and I have been through 3 auto part store pumps and I'm sick and tired of it, I'm done and I want the real OEM one. Problem is they discontinued it for my car specific car. I bought a used one on Ebay which is a bad idea because I never buy auto parts from Ebay. I don't know if the pump I received is genuine or not. I don't know what the OEM one looks like at all angles, front, back, markings etc...Even when tried to find pictures online I couldn't find a pic from all angles to compare with the one I got. I asked the seller he told me it's genuine, but I took it with a grain of salt. It's definitely used but it's in good shape, and it looks different from the one in my car now. The one I got from Ebay does feel heavier than the one in my car and it has a Honda sticker peeled off the bottom. Other than that, that's all I got.

I just checked a Honda site, they still have a pump available for $400~

 

I got the wrong damn pump. This is why I don't buy from ebay. What Honda site is it? I checked numerous ones, and even tho it says available. I emailed them and the ones I contacted said it's discontinued. What's the name of the Honda site you looked at?
