Default Lower spark plug tube seal??

Anyone have any guidance on replacing lower spark plug tube seals on a 04 civic LX?

I do I just remove the rocker arm assembly and the tubes come with the assembly replace the o-rings and reinstall assembly? Is there a torque spec and or order for the rocker assembly?

The only thing I have found that comes close is videos on 90 to 98.
any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not so sure. I recently had the rocker assy off to replace the valve stem seals, ,but I could not figure out how those tubes are supposed to come off, or even IF they come off. It looked like there was an extra set of seals in the gasket kit but I'm still ????? about them. In any case I don't have any oil leaks so I guess all is well.
