Checked all fuses, good. When I hit the down button i can hear the button click and the regulator making a noise. Like it wants to work but is being stopped. I cannot see anything obviously wrong. So can the regulator still be bad if it seems to be trying to work? Is there something that can have it stuck up(window closed). And I can see the cable is on track on the top of the wheel. Hoping I do not have to replace everything.

Ok so I just took a ratchet and beat the regulator and window rolled down. 🤯 so does that mean it's all junked up inside and I rocked something lose? Needs to be replaced? Or is there a way to clean it?
