Its not that easy .
The wire harness for the two vehicles may be different. I haven't done one, mostly because they are pretty clunky and limited units.

Also the nav system is pretty terrible ( poor graphics, clunky operation) and costs money to update. The Nav Tech sytem uses CD roms that need to be purchased to update . Its pretty dated technology. So you'll need to install the CD rom reader ( it goes under the seat in a CRV)

There are far better Android based systems available these days that use either embedded software on a SD card or google maps or Waze. You can get WIFI and even SIM card units so you can use a data plan if you wish. They all have bluetooth and screen mirroring as well as programable steering wheel control hookups. They are from 100 to 300 bucks... mid price is the best deal so for 140 to 150 you can get the latest Android system , rear backup cam, front DVR and everything a android tablet would have.
I download my maps before i travel using my WIFI and my phones hotspot or just connect to my house wifi if i am at home planning a trip. For my other car, I have some embed software. But i still have google maps as a backup.
I have purchased about 6 of different units from Alibabba Express and 3 from eonon

They are very reasonable and pretty reliable. The install kits are easy to install.

Here is 1 example below.. key is 2GB of ROM minimum for speed of operation and 64 GB of RAM... all of these units have accsess to add 128 or more ram , backup cams and DVR recorders for dash cams.

no. None of the Chinese android have this . You would need an external radio receiver for this . A pioneer or simular name brand may have this option but they will be more money of course.
