Can't find the ECU in my friends Accord...

Can't find the ECU in my friends Accord...
My friend has a 1998 V6 Accord and we were gonna install a V-AFC in it today, but we couldn't find the ECU. First we checked down behind the floor panel on the passenger side where the ecu is in my Civic, but it wasnt there. Then we got on Apexi's website and it said that its behind the radio. So we pulled the center dash and radio out and didnt find it there either. If anyone could tell me in detail where the ECU is, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
