When I first start her up she first of all always take 2 cranks before it'll start then once I put her in gear it hesitates and almost stalls drives kinda rough n sluggish for I'd say 2 or so mins then runs fine and it's usually only the first start of the day

Thoughts:

First thought is weak spark, perhaps a crack in a cable or something loose that once it warms up makes a more solid connection. When were all the basics last done such as plugs, wires, cap and rotor replaced?

Second thought to weak spark is a worn out coil or distributor with a lot of cabon buildup, or an oil leak in the distributor that takes a few fires to get going.
