1995 honda accord no injector pulse

I have a 95 accord 5 speed. Changed out main relay switch and another ecu and still doesnt get spark and fuel.pump doesnt engage. Am stumped and desperate for help. Thanks in advance

Checking with voltmeter, are you getting voltage to ECU and main relay? Could be a shorted wire, blown fuse, etc.
