ok...i just got a DC header for my LS hatchback. i put it on, and the header doesn't reach the Cat, its about 5 inches away. so basicall i'm runnin open header right now. i was wondering what a fair price was to get an extension, and drill a hole in for the o2 sensor into the cat. i got an estimate today..and he was askin 150. i declined..cause thats how much my header cost in the first place. can anyone tell me what a fair price for this is? i was assuming 60 bucks...but 150...good lord!

 

I would have offered them 60 bones, if that's what I thought was fair. You're talking maybe a couple of bucks out of pocket for materials; the rest is labor.
