Hello, does anyone know how I would be able to reach out to owner of HRTuning? At least somone who would care how a customer is being treated by apparent staff?

I say apparent because in all honesty it may be the owner who answered me.

Backstory: I bought a Demon 2 in June and have been trying to join the forums since then, and have not been accepted, even though people are being accepted even today. I have tried to reach out numerous times but nothing, and always get pushed out. I have sent emails and made numerous accounts as well hoping one of them gets accepted but nothing.

Here are some screenshots for proof. Maybe I am exagerating but I feel this is not right nor should I be treated like this, spending hard earned money on their products, maybe I should have gone to Hondata??? I do get that forums and them may be separate but its still the support for their own products, where poeple can reach out to for questions

PS. I am unsure if this is the correct forum to place this but it is the only one related to this product as it is for tuning

James has always been kind of short, but that does seem strange. I used NepTune for a few years and asked a few questions (some dumb) and never got a response like that. I don't know what to tell you, who knows what's going on in that guy's life.
