Hello, I have a 95 honfa accord 2 door coupe with a 2.2L engine. I have read many things on this issue on multiple forums. My speedometer is stuck at 20mph and the odometer isn't working either. The speedometer bounces between 15-20mph when I accelerate from a stop. I tried a different vss, I tried a different vss plug, I switched out the entire cluster, and still had the same problem continued. I have no check engine light(that actually came on when I tried a different plug, so I plugged the old one back in), and my cruise control works. Any ideas on what else it could be. I'm hoping it isn't a wiring problem, as that will be a pain to trace or fix.
