my side mirror is lose and its just moving freely andi can pull it up until it stops .
also replaced the brakes but when i use them while driving my car shakes

 

Tighten up mirror assembly or replace if damaged beyond repair. Your rotors are likely warped, which would cause a vibration. Sometimes the caliper starts to drag as well and needs to be replaced if the piston locks up/seizes. Replacing the brake pads is only one third of what really needs to be done.

 

can that be pricey to fix the caliper
