Upgrade brakes
Hey guys,
I have a 2000 Civic EX EJ model and I was wondering if a pair of spoon brake calipers will fit?
I search the web and I found out the EK’s front clip is the same as EJ’s until you get to the piles. I’m wanting to make sure before spending over 1k for them. Any information is greatly appreciated.

you’ll have to do mods to keep 4x100 which would include a spacer, mini cooper rotor iirc and an adapter for the calipers. or you can 5 lug swap and they bolt right up. also they may not clear your wheels depending on specs. search some more and you’ll find the info.
280mm mini cooper rotors and the Spoon calipers should be a direct fit without any spacers. With ITR pads, there is also no pad taper like on the Mini Cooper/ITR caliper combo
If you run the spoon rotor or redrilled prelude rotor, I think you need to put a 3mm spacer between the hub an the rotor.
