98 Civic CX won't crank
Hello,
I have a 1998 Civc CX 5spd manual trans. It's been driving great, and I'm using it to teach my daughter how to drive a manual.
So today she was practicing. She stalled out a lot, but eventually was getting the hang of it. So I drove it back to the neighborhood from the parking lot she was practicing in, and I stopped the car, turned it off, and handed the key over so she could get some experience with driving in the neighborhood. She went to start the car and nothing. All the lights come on, but nothing, it wouldn't crank.
I'd had this issue once before a year ago and replaced the distributor, distributor button, and the ignition coil, plugs, and wires and that fixed everything. I've recently replaced the clutch and some suspension/steering stuff. but I don't imagine that has anything to do with it. Any thoughts?

Could be the clutch switch, the ignition switch, bad battery, bad grounds, bad starter, or anything in between. I’d grab a DMM and start troubleshooting at the starter and work my way back.
