I have a honda accord 2003 V4.. all of sudden on highway it starts misfire in cylinder 1.

Now there is lot of white-bluish smoke from exhaust and cylinder 1 misfire. I went to mechanic he said there is lot of oil on spark plug which cause misfire. According to him cylinder one is gone can any one help me.
