Brake Pad/Rotor Recommendations?
I did a search on this subject, but the most recent references were about 5 years old, and I'd like to know if there are any updates. I traveled a lot when I was working, so our 2005 CR-V EX went to the shop for brakes in the past. I'm retired now, and plan to replace the pads and rotors myself in a week or two.
I've done brakes in the past and have reviewed a few YouTube videos (I like Eric the Car Guy), so I don't anticipate any problems.I've replaced CV boots, a CV axle, lower ball joints, and control arm bushings, so I know my way around the front suspension.
But I would like to know what you guys suggest for quality pads and rotors for a daily driver.
I'm currently looking at Raybestos, Centric, Wagner, NAPA and Honda OEM. I'm also looking at Akebono pads, I don't think they make rotors, just pads.
Any input would be appreciated.

Rick auto. Get some daily driver pads and if you need, rotors . Great quality great price. I've bone at least 5 complete brake jobs on CRVs in the last 3 years all with rock auto parts . No issues
