Help: PR4 ecu, no fuel trigger.
Hey all, wondering if someone can help me. I have a chipped PR4 that I pulled out storage (after sitting for years). Plugged it in, and no start/pump priming. I'm installing it into a 98 integra. I put the original P75 in, and it runs.
I removed the J1 to isolate the chip, still no start.
Thought the caps were blown, so I replaced them all. no avail.
Found this reference about testing the ecu. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/engine.../#&gid=1&pid=1
Found that pin 32 on IC7 had only 0.3-0.5v (expecting 5v). Pin 1 and 20 also only read ~0.5v. I read somewhere else that if the voltage was odd, it was most likely the STA413A. So, I replaced it. Still no fuel priming or start. And pin 32 was still about 0.5v. The nearby Q10 only reads 0.5v for both pins 1 and 3.
Any advice on what it could be?
Thanks in advance!
