Default passanger high beam doesn’t work.

Hello , I have a 1998 accord V6. I just recently changed the headlights from halogen to LED. The passanger high beam wasent working so that was my reasoning to change to LED considering I got the set of 4 for 100 bucks. Anyhoo , I changed them and the passanger high beam still doesn’t work. I don’t have daytime running lights either and this is a Canadian car. OD is in KM etc and I bought it from the OG owner. What is weird is , when I turn my lights off and I click the high beams on , the drivers high beam comes on and the passanger low beam comes on. But again , when I turn the head lights on , both low beams work and just the drivers high beam comes on. Any thoughts ?

Default Re: passanger high beam doesn’t work.

The DRLs are linked to the high beams.

The problem may be a faulty DRL control unit. Usually a cracked solder joint, etc. inside the unit.

The DRL control unit is located behind the driver’s dashboard lower cover, right of steering column.
