Just bought a 2015 Si, have a screen tech issue. Turn the car on,everything comes on,honda link logo on the screen comes on and it freezes on just the hondalink screen. It won't go past it,reverse screen doesn't come on,passenger side camera doesn't appear on the screen,just a honda link logo. I did a factory reset as the previous owners personal info was there and I obviously wanted to start fresh.

I've tried holding the power button for X amount of time,pulled battery terminal off, not too sure where to go from here. Any help will be welcomed.
